With a career rooted in New York City, Elaine Santos served as a lead designer at two prestigious Manhattan interior design firms. For nearly a decade, she led the Interior Design Department at BarlisWedlick Architects LLC, an Architectural Digest Top 100 firm specializing in modern residential design with bases in NYC and Hudson, NY. During this tenure, her designs received nominations for Interior Design magazine's Best of Year Award, and her work graced the covers of the Home section of The New York Times and Dwell Magazine.
Elaine's appreciation for sustainable design has led her to be an invited panelist at conferences and forums hosted by Interior Design Magazine and Luxe Magazine. Armed with a degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design, she has worked on projects spanning coast to coast and abroad, often assisting clients in selecting architects, landscape designers, and other consultants.
